REFUND & RETURNS POLICY (South Africa)

General Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns except under specific conditions outlined below.
Returns (Exceptions Only)
Returns are only accepted under exceptional circumstances and must meet all of the following conditions:
* The item must be unused and unworn
* The item must be in its original packaging
* The item must not be damaged
* A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Please note that an approved return does **not automatically qualify for a refund**. Returns may be processed as an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on delivered or completed orders.
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
* Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
* Orders cancelled by us due to stock unavailability or other operational reasons
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Defective or Incorrect Items (CPA Compliance)
In accordance with South African consumer law, customers are entitled to return goods that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
* You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
* We may request proof (such as photos)
* The item may be returned for repair, replacement, or refund as required by law
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Worn or used clothing
* Items without original packaging
* Items damaged after delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
